Nexy day delivery | Free | UK mainland addresses only. NI and offshore territories are available at additional cost. |

Saturday delivery | £30.00 | Fully tracked with signature, any time on Saturday. |
The delivery charge for destinations including Northern Ireland and offshore territories is calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
Cut off time for next day delivery is 2:00pm for in-stock items, we will do our best to send any orders received after this time but they may be processed the following day.

All international orders are shipped via UPS. The cost for this service is calculated during checkout, based on the destination country.
Important Due to the UK’s withdrawal from the European Union, customs and duty fees may apply to your order. UPS will contact you before delivery to arrange payment of any charges.

Important: Once an order has been collected by our courier, any address change may incurr a 24-hour delay and a service charge.

All deliveries are fulfilled using a tracked courier service. When your order is booked onto the courier, we will send a tracking number to your provided email address, which will allow you to track your order’s progress.
If you can’t find your tracking number, please contact us and we will assist.

We aim to despatch your order as quickly as possible, however we may occasionally experience delays due to high demand or if a part is not stocked in our warehouse.
If you have received confirmation that your order has been despatched, please refer to the "Can I track my order?" section above to see the status of your order and your expected delivery date.

Here's what you need to know:
We offer a 7 day period of cancellation whereby a product can be returned to us for credit. The 7 day period starts to run on the day after you receive the goods. Goods must be returned to us in the same condition that they arrived. The goods must have been looked after reasonably.
We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee on returned items where the condition of the returned items is not acceptable and work is required to bring the items up to a saleable quality.
If you no longer need an item in your order, please contact us and let us know. We will book your return onto our system and issue you with a returns number. Once we have agreed to accept the goods, please return them to us at the following address:

You will be responsible for the cost of the return carriage where an order is no longer required. We recommend that you return the goods by recorded delivery or via courier as we cannot accept liability for any goods damaged or lost in transit.
Important: Please ensure items being returned to us are securely and appropriately packaged. For instance, bed and floor sensor mats should not be folded or rolled. Failure to package the goods correctly may invalidate your return and prevent us from issuing a refund.
We always recommend that you obtain and keep a certificate or proof of posting.

Please let us know as possible if one of the items in your order is faulty or damaged. Our workshop technicians can try and rectify the issue over the phone or if this is not possible, they can arrange for replacement parts to be sent out.

The majority of the products we sell on our store are backed by a 12 month warranty, covering manufacturing defects. If an item you have ordered from us has gone faulty within this time period, please get in touch and we can assist.
