Room Call Point


The eZone Plus+ call point has a simple and clear layout with a large, central call button which is easy for clients to locate.

■  Jack socket input for accessories such as pear push leads, bed exit alarms and floor pressure mats.

■  Built-in infrared receiver allows the use of wireless accessories such as neck pendants and wrist fobs.

■  Remote programming allows changes to be made from anywhere, at any time.

■  Two wired inputs to add third-party devices or reduce costs by retaining existing accessories. 

■  Optional mini pull cord attachment for ease of raising a call in wet rooms and communal rooms.

Corridor Display


The full-colour 10" touchscreen display clearly shows which client is calling and the level of each alert so that care staff can respond quickly and efficiently. Calls are listed in order of priority for the most appropriate response. 

■  Clear text and icons show client ID, location and call level. Emergency calls automatically show at the top of the display to ensure an immediate response.

■  Choose from a selection of audio alert tones or upload entirely new ones to tailor the system to each area.

■  Optional floor plan shows the exact layout of the building and where the call has been made from, perfect for new or temporary staff unfamiliar with the building.

■  The call log is viewable on each display for a full audit trail. System logs can also be exported to devices such as laptops or tablets for more detailed analysis. 

■  Option to integrate the system with staff pagers or Android handsets to maximise notifications and ensure staff receive alerts whilst on the move.

Door Monitor Point


The eZone Plus+ door monitor point is used to restrict access to sensitive or potentially dangerous areas of the home, such as stairwells and external doors.

Care staff who are carrying the appropriate reset token can pass freely through doors without raising an alarm by swiping the door monitor point, preventing an alarm from being raised.

Anyone who tries to pass without authorisation will generate an alarm on the system, informing staff that a client may have entered a restricted area.

■  Door alarm: If the door monitor point is not swiped using the reset token before opening, a call is raised on the system. To reset the door, simply close the door and swipe the green marker.

■  Door bypass mode: Staff can swipe their magnet twice to gain temporary access without raising an alarm. Once the door is shut behind them or after 20 seconds, the door automatically re-arms.

■  Door isolate/arm: Staff can swipe their magnet three times to permanently isolate and prop the door open. Swipe again three times to re-arm.

Neck / Wrist Pendant


The eZone Plus+ neck pendant is the perfect solution for clients who need assistance while they are away from a call point, such as when they are in their bed or chair.

For clients who are unable to wear a neck pendant, the eZone Plus+ wrist fob is the ideal alternative. The fob is comfortable to wear thanks to its soft wrist strap, designed to help prevent rubbing on delicate or fragile skin.

■  Lightweight, yet robust construction with no sharp edges.

■  The neck lanyard breaks apart under force for additonal safety.

■  Large, easy to find call buttons that require very little force to generate a call.

■  Reassurance LED confirms a call has been made, helping to prevent repeat activations.

Bathroom Pull Cord


Positioned on walls or fixed to ceilings, the eZone Plus+ pull cord is perfect for bathrooms, disabled toilets and en-suites. Simply pull one of the handles and a call is generated on the system.

■  Features two large, easy to grip handles and a 3m cord that can be positioned at appropriate heights for the client, including on the floor in case they should fall. .

■  The wipe clean cord is designed to help with infection control. It can be easily cleaned to remove bacteria and improve hygiene levels.

■  A built-in sounder and flashing LED light confirms a call has been generated, reassuring the client.

Android Messaging Integration (optional)


The push to digital care planning has seen the adoption of mobile and Android devices for most care providers. eZone Plus+ allows alerts to be delivered to the same Android devices that staff are already carrying. This reduces the cost of new devices, simplifies the training process for new staff and provides an audit trail of who accepted and attended alerts.

■  Smart messaging solution delivers alerts to Android devices removing the requirement for multiple display panels.

■  Staff and client data is synced with nurse call log data and automatically uploaded into the client's care plan records.

■  Cloud reporting dashboard where a comprehensive list of reports can be generated, including staff response times.

■  Walkie-talkie feature allows staff to quickly contact individual staff members, specific groups of staff or all staff at once.

■  Voice, video calls and text messaging are included within the app. No SIM card or telephone number required!

■  Integrates with multiple care planning systems including PCS, Carebeans, CareVision, Nourish, Carecontrol and Karelnn.
