Intercall Touch Features

Multiple speech paths allow more than one conversation to take place at the same time across the system, improving staff communication and speeding up response times. Programmable event styles provide customised client solutions to enable nursing staff to quickly assess priorities and respond accordingly.

The Touch Call Points provide a simple to use means of calling for assistance, whether positioned alongside the bed or in more general areas. Touch Call Points are fully programmable with multiple call levels and automatic escalation, with tethering ability to call accessories and devices.

Touch invests in the latest technologies to monitor staff response and movement using ID Care Cards and Tokens, Wearable Devices for patients providing reassurance that help is at hand, and thermal imaging to monitor behavioural patterns with Safeguard for Dementia solutions.

The RFID door monitor point can be integrated into the access control system and take the place of the existing keypad/proximity readers, meaning just one RFID card for nurse call and access control. Care management teams can configure individual cards and tokens via an easy-to-use programmer or Android App, assigning the appropriate access level.

The potential to integrate the RFID card into other systems such as payroll or time and attendance is also available to further consolodate the number of systems required around the building.
